Ship Restrictions
PurSensations always ships world wide, including Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, and FPOs. Shipping by USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Standard shipping time is 5-6 business days to the united states. Standard shipping rates apply.

Warranty
Returns must be made within 7 days. Returns accepted for damaged or defective items. No refunds on used items. Items must be returned in the same condition it was received, including all applicable parts (dust bag, care cards, etc.). All items are securely marked for identification, all security tags and identification must be intact and cannot be removed before return. Any items that have been altered or have had their security tag removed will not be accepted. Returns must first be approved by PurSensations, please contact us for proper instructions. A 10% restocking fee applies.
